For my clients looking to do some work at home between appointments. This chart shows where your lymph nodes are and what areas of the body drain into them.
A roller like this can be used instead of your hand if you prefer.
Remember: You always want to start with the nodes closest to the trunk (groin or armpit) and work out to the fingers or toes clearing as you go. Also, circles over the nodes, then finger walking from closest to the node out, and finish by flushing back to the nodes in each section as needed.
